Bobby Spears Obituary

Bobby Ray Spears, 60, Scott Depot, West Virginia, (formerly of Vinton, Ohio), passed away suddenly at his residence Wednesday, November 3, 2021. Born May 7, 1961 in Freeburn, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Roy and Edith (Sturgeon) Spears. Bobby was a 1979 Graduate of North Gallia High School.

Bobby is survived by his brothers: Jimmy Spears, Point Pleasant, West Virginia; Ronald (Mildred) Spears, Radnor, Ohio; Donald (Diana) Spears, Jackson, Ohio; Roger (Eva) Spears, Gallipolis, Ohio and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents and special friend, Frank Carpenter.

Memorial services will be conducted 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 9, in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, with Pastor Ron Bynum officiating. Burial will follow in the Vinton Memorial Park. Cremation services are under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home.
