Cynthia Lynn "Cindy" (Holley) McMillin

Cynthia Lynn “Cindy” McMillin, 63, Vinton, Ohio passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at O’Bleness Hospital, Athens, Ohio. She was born January 9, 1959 in Gallipolis, Ohio to Vernon Eugene and Patricia Faye Weatherholt Holley, Rodney, Ohio. Cindy married Ralph McMillin at Ewington, Ohio on June 24, 1978 and he survives. Cindy was a member of Ewington Church of Christ in Christian Union where she was a pianist, Sunday School Teacher and Church Elder. She retired from Holzer Health Systems December 2020 following more than fifteen years of employment. She was formerly a bus driver for Meigs Local Schools for ten years. Cindy loved her family, her church family and numerous friends and coworkers.   

In addition to her parents and her loving husband, Ralph, she is survived by a daughter, Bethany Ann (Jeremy) Will, Vinton, Ohio; grandchildren, Madelynn Rose Will and Gavin Scott Will; sisters, Debra (Marcus) Lawhon, Rodney, Ohio and Connie (David) Lieving, Parkersburg, West Virginia; several nieces and nephews; brother-in-law, John (Linda) McMillin, Gallipolis, Ohio and sister-in-law, Carolyn McMillin, Vinton, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a memorial gift be made to Ewington Church of Christ in Christian Union, 176 Ewington Road, Vinton, Ohio 45686 in memory of Cindy.

Due to the risk to the public and the increased Covid Rate, the family will be holding private funeral services.  A celebration of life will be announced at a later and safer date. The McCoy-Moore Funeral Home is honored to serve the McMillin Family.
