Doris Coffee Obituary
Doris M. Coffee, 81, Vinton, Ohio passed away at her home Friday, April 29, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was born January 26, 1941 at New Haven, West Virginia to the late Pearl Elliott and Wilma Grimm Elliott. Doris was a member of the New Life Lutheran Church of Gallipolis, Ohio.
Doris married Luke Coffee April 5, 1974 at New Haven, West Virginia and he survives with four children: Matthew (Rhonda) Coffee, Mark (Teresa) Coffee and Dawn (Thomas) McDonald, all of Vinton, Ohio and Christi (Steve) Kiser of Thurman, Ohio; eight grandchildren: Lily and Emma Coffee, Devin and Seth McDonald, Kayle, Ashlee, Kyle and Blake Kiser and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents Doris was preceded in death by her brother, Eugene Elliott.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, May 3, 2022 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel with Pastor John Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Vinton Memorial Park. Friends and family may visit at the funeral home Monday, 6:00–8:00 PM.
