Frank Wayne Mills

Frank Wayne Mills, 73, of Langsville, Ohio passed away Friday, October 20, 2023 at his residence. He was born February 25, 1950 in Clarksburg, West Virginia, son of the late William Owen Mills and Virginia Ernestine (Devricks) Mills. Frank was a United States Air Force Veteran, he retired from Honda of America, Marysville, Ohio and a member of White Oak Church, Gallipolis. He married Darlene Lori (Thornton) Mills of Langsville, October 21, 2000 and she survives.

In addition to his wife, Frank is survived by their children, Robynn (Matt) Holman, Sparta. Tennessee; Amanda (Josh) Webster, Maryville, Tennessee; Kenny (Kalynn) Miller and Tina Miller, both of Topeka, Kansas, Nichole (Calvin Boggs) Watson and Jessica (Casey) Booth, both of Gallipolis, Ohio.  Also surviving are grandchildren: Rylan, Wes, Wiley, Levi, Meriah, Acaila, Colin, Cody, Logan, Connor, Lauren, Alex, Reagan and Ellie; brothers, Jim (Sandy) Mills and William Mills; sister-in-law, Bonnie Mills and several nieces and nephews.  

In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by a brother, Gary D. Mills.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Thursday, October 26, 2023 at the White Oak Church, Gallipolis, Ohio with Pastor Carl Ward officiating. Burial will follow in Gravel Hill Cemetery, Cheshire, Ohio. Military Graveside Rites will be conducted by the Gallia County Veterans Service Detail. Family and friends may call at the White Oak Church, Thursday at 11:00 AM until the time of service.
