Jackie Kathleen (Welch) Mullins

Jackie Kathleen Mullins, 40, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2020 in Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. Born May 26, 1980 in Gallipolis, she was the daughter of Donald Christopher Welch, Vinton, Ohio and Kim (Rick) Brunton, Centenary, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Robert Mullins and children: Keara Houck and Keaton Houck, all of Gallipolis; maternal step grandmother, Betty Brown, Cheshire, Ohio and several aunts, uncles and extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her maternal parents, Kathleen and Jimmy Brown; paternal grandparents, Leona and Albert Welch, Jr. and stepmother, Cheryl Brogan.

Graveside services will be conducted 12:30 PM Tuesday, August 11, 2020 in the Poplar Ridge Cemetery with Pastor Randy Patterson officiating. Friends and family may call at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, Ohio Tuesday 11:00 AM-12:00 PM. Social Distancing protocols will be observed and facial coverings are required.
