Linda Darlene (Russell) Edwards

Linda Darlene Russell Edwards, 65, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Thursday, October 20, 2022 at Mt. Carmel St. Anne’s Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. Linda was born November 19, 1956 in Fort Riley, Kansas, daughter of the late Elza Ernest and Rosa Lee (Knight) Russell.

Survivors include her children: Lauren (Butch) Cochran, Spotsylvania, Virginia; Cody (Kristin) Edwards, Gallipolis, Ohio and Kyle Edwards, Columbus, Ohio; grandchildren: Ian Cochran and Hazel Edwards – who were the lights of her life; sisters, Becky Denney, Bidwell, Ohio and Cindy Edwards, Sunbury, Ohio as well as a host of extended family members and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Rosemary Skidmore and Tommie Sue Staton.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Monday, October 24, 2022 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, with Pastor Ted Russell officiating. Friends and family may call at the funeral home Monday 11:00 AM-1:00 PM.
