Marjorie Kay (Casto) Price

Marjorie Kay Price, 76, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away at her home Wednesday, April 1, 2020 following a lengthy illness. She was born May 25, 1943 in Gallipolis, daughter of the late Tracy and Virginia (Denney) Casto. She was a member of the Bidwell United Methodist Church and spent most of her time reading her Bible. She loved sewing and knitting as well. Marjorie retired from as a Medical Records Supervisor from Woodlands Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. She married Jack L. Price January 4, 1965 at Gallipolis, Ohio and he preceded her in death December 11, 1991.

To this union were born their children: Kimberly Sue Layne and Kevin Lee Price, both of Gallipolis, Ohio; grandchildren: Stacy Marie (Kimby Hilton) Layne, Jason Lee Shaver and Jacklyn Kay Cochran, all of Gallipolis; Brittni Nicole (Billy) Plants, Point Pleasant, West Virginia; Jessica Leana Price, Barboursville, West Virginia and Karlee Madison Cox, Bidwell, Ohio; great-grandchildren: Leah Skidmore, Jared Layne, Mariah Clay, Brantly Clay, Madison Clay and Kyla Plants. She is also survived by her brother, Bobby Casto and sisters, Betty Cambell, Karen Burns and Joyce Ratliff.

In addition to her parents and husband, Marjorie was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Kathy Lynn Price.

In accordance with her wishes, Cremation services will be under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, Gallipolis, Ohio. Due to the COVID-19 Outbreak, there will be no visitation. Memorial services will be announced by the family at a later date.
