Paul E. Hall, 72, Vinton, Ohio passed away Friday, December 20, 2019 at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, West Virginia. He was born May 6, 1947 at Gable, Kentucky, son of the late Samuel Arnold Hall and Ruby Stiltner Hall. He was a retired coal miner and a U.S. Army Veteran.
Paul is survived by his children: Melissa (Tom) Manzer of Springfield, Missouri; Jocie (Terry) Corbit of Warrenton, Oregon; Paul Hall of Jackson, Ohio; Julie Merrick of Gallipolis, Ohio and step-children: Jimmi Peyton of Cincinnati, Ohio and Angela (Billy) Pilkerton of Cincinnati, Ohio. Also surviving are grandchildren: Jacob, Amanda, Kara, Casey, Sean, Ashley, Brittany, Mariah, Braylon, Bryndin, Nick, Tabitha, Colby, Sara and Cheyenne and several great-grandchildren.
In addition he is survived by his former wife and best friend, Allyson Hall of Jackson, Ohio and girlfriend Karen Mullins of Bidwell, Ohio.
Paul was preceded in death by sisters Sue Nottingham and Rachel Campbell.
Funeral service will be held 12:00 Noon Friday, December 27, 2019 at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton, Ohio with Rev. Heath Jenkins officiating. Full Military Graveside Rights will be conducted by Vinton American Legion Post #161. Friends and family may call at the funeral home Thursday 5:00–8:00 PM.
