Randall Lonnie "Randy" Denney

Randall Lonnie “Randy” Denney, 70, Bidwell, Ohio passed away Thursday, September 12, 2019 at his residence. He was a retired maintenance project manager at Pleasant Valley Hospital, Point Pleasant, West Virginia and an United States Army Veteran who served in the Vietnam War.

Randy was born February 23, 1949 in Gallia County, Ohio, son of the late Marvin O. Denney and Helen Maxine Shenefield. He married Rebecca Knight May 29, 1970 and she survives with their three sons: Alan (Melanie) Denney, Chesterfield, Virginia; Sean (Melissa) Denney, Point Pleasant, West Virginia and Adam (Erin) Denney, Vinton, Ohio. Also surviving are six grandchildren: Justin and Jarett Denney, Paige, Morgan and Jaxson Denney,  Kenedie Roush and Reese Denney and one sister, Linda (Mike) Sibley, Gallipolis, Ohio.

In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his brother Ronnie Denney.

Friends and family may call at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, Monday, September 16, 2019, 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Following visitation will be Military Honors Rites by American Legion Post 161, Ewington, Ohio and prayer by Reverend Ted Russell.  Cremation will follow.
