Sandra Janette (Barchus) Kiser

Sandra Janette Kiser, 66, Vinton, Ohio passed away Monday, September 25, 2023 in Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. She was born July 1, 1957 in Fostoria, Ohio, daughter of the late Harold and Alma (Babb) Barchus. After her retirement following twenty-five years at General Mills, Jackson, Ohio, she spent her time smoking cigarettes, drinking tea and riding with her husband on their Harley motorcycle. Sandra dreamed of boat rides although she could not enjoy the ride due to sickness, so she spent an enormous amount of time with her grandchildren, which she loved deeply.

Sandra married Glenn Kiser in Fostoria, Ohio in 1976, who survives and together they have three children: Jeremy (Tracy) Kiser, Wilmington, North Carolina; Richard Kiser, Vinton, Ohio and April (Tony) Dunaway, Vinton, Ohio; grandchildren: Jade Dunaway, Chase Dunaway, Gage Dunaway, Lukas Kiser, Alexis Kiser, Shali Kiser and great grandchildren, Roman and Karson. She will be deeply missed by her sister, Diana (Raul) Medrano and brother, Jon (Peggy) Barchus as well as several other family members and many friends.

In accordance with her wishes, no funeral services will be conducted. Cremation services are under the direction of the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, who is honored to serve the Kiser Family.
