Thomas "Chick" Michael Westbrook

Thomas Michael “Chick” Westbrook, 70, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021 in Ohio State University Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. Chick was born July 10, 1951 in Gallia County, Ohio, son of the late Colston Collins and Rosetta Mae (Hurt) Westbrook. He was a member of Paint Creek Baptist Church, Gallipolis, Ohio and an avid Steelers Fan.

Chick leaves behind to cherish his memory his life partner, Kathern Mitchell, Gallipolis, Ohio and his children: Jackie Beatty, Atlanta, Georgia; Thomas Michael Netter and Sonya Seward, both of Columbus, Ohio; Deanna (Chris) Durant, Dayton, Ohio; Della (Bradley, Sr.)  Aytch, Hilliard, Ohio; Gary Carpenter, Michelle R. Carpenter and Michael Westbrook, all of Columbus, Ohio; Deshenna Long, Phoenix, Arizona and stepchildren: Denise France, Dayton, Ohio and Dwight Mitchell, Gallipolis, Ohio as well as a host of friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by stepchildren Dennis Mitchell and Devonne Meadow.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 PM Friday, September 24, 2021 in the Paint Creek Baptist Church, Gallipolis, Ohio with Pastor Christian Scott officiating. Private Graveside services will follow in Providence Cemetery, Bidwell, Ohio. Friends and family may call at the church Friday 1:00-3:00 PM.
